ATTIRE

Lockers and towels are provided for all services. A robe and slippers will be provided for spa services. Quapaw Thermal Water guests and Steam Cave guests must wear proper swim attire and non-skid indoor pool slippers on all tile floors. (Cotton, cut-offs, t-shirts, tank tops, athletic shorts, athletic tops, and undergarments are not permitted).

PATRONS

All of our services are available to patrons 14 years of age and older, if they are accompanied by an adult. Please call ahead for availability of massages, facials, and body polishes for patrons under the age of 18. Children are not permitted in the pool area and may not be left unattended.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any scheduled spa services. A modified service will be performed for late arrivals if time permits; appointment will end at scheduled time.

Please allow extra time for race meets & summer season traffic.

CANCELLATIONS

All spa services and private mineral baths require reservations. If you must cancel your scheduled appointment please call at least 24 hours prior to your service time to avoid cancellation charges. A credit card is required for all reservations. Any scheduled services that are prepaid will not be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours prior to appointment time.

PRENATAL SERVICES

Our prenatal services are limited to facials only.
